Hello, I’m Rhiannon.
I’m a registered Dietitian helping people prevent illness and build long-term health through good nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change.
How I Can Help
I offer personalised, one-to-one dietetic support for people looking to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition. Every plan is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and medical history, because good nutrition advice should never be one-size-fits-all.
Healthy Eating
Whether you're looking to build healthier habits, feel more energised, or simply make sense of conflicting nutrition advice, I'll help you develop a sustainable, realistic approach to eating well. One that fits your lifestyle rather than working against it.
Weight Management
Weight management isn't only about weight loss. I provide evidence-based support for both losing and gaining weight.
Weight loss:
If you're looking to lose weight, including alongside prescribed weight-loss medication, I'll help you build eating habits that support your treatment, protect your nutritional status, and set you up for long-term success, not just short-term results.
Weight gain:
If you're underweight or are finding it hard to eat enough, I can help you gain weight safely and sustainably, with practical strategies to increase your intake and rebuild your nutritional health.
Managing Chronic Conditions Through Diet
Diet plays a central role in managing many long-term health conditions. I work with clients living with:
Type 2 diabetes
High cholesterol
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Heart disease
Osteoarthritis
using an evidence-based approach to help you manage your condition, reduce reliance on medication where appropriate, and lower your risk of future complications, all through practical, sustainable dietary change.
Gastrointestinal Symptoms
Digestive symptoms can have a huge impact on daily life, and diet plays a key role in managing many of them. I provide evidence-based dietary advice for a range of gastrointestinal conditions and symptoms, including:
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Constipation
Diarrhoea
Acid reflux (GERD)
I'll help you identify triggers, ease symptoms, and build a sustainable, long-term approach to managing your gut health. It's worth noting this advice is first-line in nature. If at any point your symptoms need further investigation or specialist input, I'll always signpost you to your GP or the right healthcare professional.
About Me
I completed my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Surrey, and since qualifying I've spent over three years working across a range of specialties within the NHS, most recently working in intensive care supporting some of the most medically complex patients with their nutritional needs. I'm currently studying for a Masters in Gastroenterology.

As HCPC-registered professionals, Dietitians are bound by rigorous professional and ethical standards. It’s this regulation that qualifies us to assess nutritional needs, identify dietary issues, and provide evidence-based dietary advice tailored to you. We are trained specifically to work with a wide range of health needs, making us well placed to support those with complex conditions.
-
All appointments are conducted online, via video call. This means you can access expert dietetic support from wherever suits you, without the need to travel, making it easier to fit appointments around work, family, or other commitments. All you need is a stable internet connection and a comfortable space to talk.
-
This varies from person to person, as it depends on your goals, the complexity of your needs, and how you respond to changes along the way. Some clients find one or two follow-up appointments enough to feel confident moving forward independently, while others prefer ongoing, regular support over a longer period.
There's no fixed package or minimum number of sessions required. After your initial appointment, we'll agree together on a follow-up schedule that suits you, and you're always free to book further appointments as and when you feel you need them.

Not typically, no. While I'm happy to discuss meal ideas and practical suggestions during our sessions, I don't provide rigid, prescriptive meal plans. In my experience, overly strict plans rarely lead to lasting change. They can be difficult to stick to long-term and don't account for real life, whether that's a busy week, eating out, or simply changing tastes. Instead, I'll help you build flexible, sustainable habits and the knowledge to make confident food choices for yourself, tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
